Can I choose the date the box will be delivered?

In the gift message box you can add a note of your preferred delivery date or email us at letterboxgems@gmail.com. We will try our best to deliver on this date but it can not be guaranteed.

Do you offer next day delivery?

We currently are unable to offer next day delivery but hope to in the future.

How do I amend the order if I need to make any changes?

If you need to make any changes to your order such as change the delivery address please email us at letterboxgems@gmail.com and as long as the order has not been shipped we will be able to make the required amendments. 

What is your refund policy?

Products are non refundable and non exchangeable but please email us if you have any issues.
